Users can choose from three service offers:
- Mercedes-Benz Unimog follow-up guarantees for 12, 24, 36 and 48 months available to purchase. They supplement the initial manufacturer's warranty and cover the agreed warranty services up to the fifth year or up to 7500 operating hours of the Unimog. With the Mercedes-Benz Unimog follow-up guarantees, users can make provisions and insure themselves economically against unforeseeable repair costs under attractive conditions.
- With the pure maintenance contract (Maintenance Complete) the Unimog user receives, over a fixed agreed contractual period, all the maintenance services in one package including the reliable Mercedes-Benz service quality with perceptible price benefits. This ensures that the user simultaneously safeguards the performance of the Unimog economically and reliably.
- Furthermore, there is the service contract for maintenance and repair services (Service Complete), additionally available with a leasing contract (Service Leasing Complete). This extensive package includes all workshop activities, ranging from the coordination of appointments to invoice auditing at a fixed monthly charge. This guarantees cost transparency for the customer, as well as the operating reliability and economic viability of their Unimog fleet.
