  • Stuttgart/Cannes, May 21, 2014 - Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG will be again prominently represented at the Cannes Film Festival with product and brand presentations this year. On the roads in and around Cannes from 14 to 25 May, it is not only stars and starlets from the film world that will be attracting attention, but also models from Mercedes-Benz and the high-performance brand AMG. The highlight of this year's activities at the 67th Film Festival is the charity auction of an S 63 AMG Coupé for the benefit of the amfAR Foundation.
  • Stuttgart/Paris, May 31, 2012 - Mercedes-Benz is continuing the successful partnership launched last year by Maybach with the world-famous Louvre Museum in Paris. Until 2013, the premium car brand with the star will be the exclusive main sponsor of annually alternating exhibitions of contemporary sculpture beneath the world-famous glass pyramid. From tomorrow, Mercedes-Benz is presenting the new sculpture “Suppo”, by Belgian conceptual artist Wim Delvoye. It will be on view in the Louvre until 3 December 2012, as part of the artist’s monographic exhibition.
  • Stuttgart/Cannes, May 21, 2012 - Star quality befitting the anniversary of the Cannes International Film Festival: to celebrate the awarding of the 65th Palme d'Or (Golden Palm), Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG are providing a fleet of shuttle vehicles in gold. Mercedes-Benz and its performance-brand AMG will also be creating a unique automotive experience by supplying other shuttle services, showcasing vehicles and offering exclusive test drives to guests and visitors to this year’s film festival from 16 to 27 May 2012.
  • Stuttgart, Jun 25, 2010 - The automotive brand Maybach is supporting a major exhibition being held by the Fondation Maeght between 27 June and 31 October 2010 at the foundation’s headquarters in Saint Paul de Vence near Nice, France, where more than 170 works of art by Alberto Giacometti, one of the most important sculptors and artists of the 20th century will be on display. This event sees the Stuttgart-based luxury car manufacturer enhancing its involvement with contemporary art.
  • Stuttgart/St. Moritz , Jul 31, 2009 - As a committed patron of the arts and culture, Daimler AG is once again supporting the "St. Moritz Art Masters" (SAM) with its Mercedes-Benz, smart, Maybach, AMG brands this year, as well as with the Daimler Art Collection. Now in its second year, this festival of the contemporary arts is being held in the famous holiday resort and the surrounding Engadine region from 21 to 30 August 2009.
