- Stuttgart / Neu-Ulm, Aug 3, 2020 - The new Head of Production Daimler Buses and Managing Director Production of EvoBus GmbH is Michael Klein (56). Michael Klein, previously Head of Customer Services & Parts (CSP) Daimler Buses, has taken over as of August 1, 2020, succeeding Dr. Marcus Nicolai, who has decided to leave the company after more than 23 years of service.

- Stuttgart, Jul 8, 2020 - The shareholders of Daimler AG (ticker symbol DAI) approved all the items on the agenda of the virtual Annual Meeting on Wednesday. The Annual Meeting elected Timotheus Höttges, Chairman of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn, as a member of the Supervisory Board representing the shareholders.

- Stuttgart, Feb 18, 2020 - Daimler Mobility is continuing to systematically forge ahead with the digital transformation of its financial services business. Among other things, Daimler Mobility will combine the global responsibility for the financing and leasing operations in a new executive division, Operations & Digital Solutions, effective April 1, 2020.

- Stuttgart, Jan 9, 2020 - The Supervisory Board of Daimler Mobility AG has appointed Eefje Dikker to the Board of Management as Director of Labor Relations effective January 1, 2020. The 49-year-old Dutch citizen will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources at Daimler Mobility AG, which operates in more than 40 countries with a total workforce of approximately 13,000 employees.

- Berlin, May 22, 2019 - The shareholders of Daimler AG voted to reorganize the Daimler Group by a large majority at the Annual Meeting in Berlin on Wednesday. This clears the way for the Group to place its car and van business as well as its truck and bus business into two legally independent entities by way of a spin-off.

- Stuttgart, Apr 25, 2019 - The Supervisory Board of Mercedes-Benz Bank AG has picked the successor for the CEO position. Franz Reiner (51), who will take over as chairman of Daimler Financial Services AG effective June 1, 2019, will be succeeded at the same time by Benedikt Schell (48) as the new CEO of Mercedes-Benz Bank.

- Stuttgart (Germany), Mar 22, 2019 - The Supervisory Board and the Board of Management of Daimler AG have agreed on the future composition of the boards of Mercedes-Benz AG and Daimler Truck AG. Both Daimler boards plan to appoint Ola Källenius as future Chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz AG. In this function, he will be responsible for the worldwide activities of the Cars & Vans divisions.

- Stuttgart, Feb 13, 2019 - The Supervisory Board of Daimler AG has appointed Harald Wilhelm as member of the company’s Board of Management. Effective as of April 1, 2019, he will join the Board of Management without direct responsibilities and will assume Board of Management responsibility for Finance & Controlling and the Daimler Financial Services division at the end of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on May 22, 2019. The appointment has been made for a period of three years.

- Stuttgart, Feb 9, 2018 - In its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Daimler AG extended the contract of service of Renata Jungo Brüngger (56) until end of 2023. Jungo Brüngger has been the Member of the Board of Management of Daimler AG responsible for Integrity and Legal Affairs since January 1, 2016. She joined Daimler AG as Head of the Legal Department on November 1, 2011.

- Stuttgart, Germany, Feb 10, 2017 - Dr. Wolfgang Bernhard is to step down from the Board of Management of Daimler AG. The head of Daimler Trucks & Buses has notified the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Manfred Bischoff, and the Chairman of the Board of Management and Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars, Dr. Dieter Zetsche, of his intention not to extend his current contract, which expires in February 2018.

- Stuttgart (Germany), Jul 21, 2016 - The Supervisory Board of Daimler AG has appointed Britta Seeger (46) as Member of the Board of Management for Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales, effective January 1, 2017. Britta Seeger will take over responsibility for Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales from Ola Källenius (47), who will then take over Board of Management responsibility for Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development. Britta Seeger has been appointed to the Board of Management until December 31, 2019.

- Stuttgart, Feb 16, 2016 - In its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Daimler AG appointed Ola Källenius (46) as member of the Board of Management responsible for Group Research and Mercedes-Benz Cars Development effective from January 1, 2017. He will succeed Professor Dr. Thomas Weber (61), who will leave the company when his contract expires on December 31, 2016 by mutual agreement and at his own request. He will continue to assist the company in an advisory capacity. Källenius is currently responsible for Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales in the Board of Management.

- Stuttgart, Dec 9, 2015 - In its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Daimler AG appointed Renata Jungo Brüngger (54) to the Board of Management with effect as of January 1, 2016. She will take over responsibility for Integrity and Legal Affairs, thus succeeding to Dr. Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt. The appointment of Renata Jungo Brüngger is effective until December 31, 2018.

- Stuttgart, Oct 16, 2015 - The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG, Hans Dieter Pötsch, has asked the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Daimler AG, Dr. Manfred Bischoff, to release the Member of the Board of Management for Integrity and Legal Affairs of Daimler AG, Dr. Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt, from her current contract, which is scheduled to run until February 28, 2017. She is to move to the Volkswagen Group as Member of the Board of Management for Integrity and Legal Affairs on January 1st, 2016.
